Pastor Mark Francey

Mark Francey and his wife, Rachelle, served as the Generation Church Boise Youth Pastors at Capital Christian Center in Boise, Idaho.

He is the founder of Baptize California, a statewide movement uniting churches to host simultaneous baptism events, leading thousands to publicly declare their faith in Jesus Christ. Expanding on this vision, Baptize America is a nationwide revival calling all 50 states to take part in the largest synchronized baptism event in history.

Pastors Mark and Rachelle currently are the Lead Pastors of Oceans Church in San Juan Capistrano, CA.
